Unzip the inner liner to remove or add fill for a softer or firmer feel, giving you the flexibility you need for the perfect night's sleep.

  • SIDE SLEEPER

    Side sleepers need a medium-to-high
    loft to keep your head in line with your spine. You should only have to remove fill to accommodate your comfort level.

  • BACK SLEEPER

    Back sleepers need a medium loft pillow so your head isn't too high, and your neck is supported Remove approximately 25% of your pillow's filling.

  • STOMACH SLEEPER

    Stomach sleepers- need a low loft pillow. Remove at least 50% of your pillow's filling to keep your head closer to the pillow and more in line with your spine.
